2. Data we collect
Application details: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, professional role or qualification, reason for interest and optional information such as LinkedIn URL, skills, experience, availability and CV.
Programme data: interview and assessment results, enrolment records, payment status, attendance records, task submissions, messages and performance reviews.
3. How we use it
To review applications, contact you about your application by email or WhatsApp, run interviews and assessments, administer enrolment and payments, provide work-lab access and supervision, and meet legal obligations.

We process data on the basis of your consent given when you apply, the performance of our agreement with you once enrolled, and our legitimate interests in running the programme.
5. Sharing
Your data is accessible to authorised Jay Health administrators and, once enrolled, to your assigned supervisor. Other participants can see only limited team-directory information. We use service providers for hosting and email who process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.
6. CVs and security
CVs are stored in private, access-controlled storage and are visible only to authorised administrators. We use access controls and encryption in transit to protect your data.
7. Retention
Unsuccessful applications are retained for up to 12 months. Participant records are retained for the duration of the programme and a reasonable period afterwards. [Retention periods to be confirmed by legal review.]
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. Contact us through the Contact page to exercise these rights.
