Work-Lab Participation Agreement

Version 2026-10-v1

Draft document — subject to legal review before launch.

1. Nature of participation

The work lab is an educational simulation. Decisions you make — such as claim recommendations or simulated bookings — are training work and are not real insurance authorisations, payments, clinical decisions or medical transactions.

2. Assigned work lab and scope

Your enrolment offer states your actual operational work lab, responsibilities, expected workload, supervisor and assessment criteria. You will only be asked to perform work that the platform supports.

3. Supervision and feedback

Your supervisor will assign tasks, review submissions, request corrections and publish KPI reviews. You agree to respond to feedback within the stated timelines.

4. Attendance

You agree to check in and out for working sessions and meet the weekly hours for your programme. Supervisors may correct attendance records with a recorded reason.

5. Confidentiality and portfolio

Programme materials are confidential. You may describe your experience and share work samples that your supervisor marks as permitted.

6. Rewards

Any performance award is conditional on the criteria and funded budget for your project and is not guaranteed.

7. No employment guarantee

Completing the programme does not guarantee employment with Jay Health, any partner or any other organisation.
