1. About the programme

Jay Health Work Labs is a product of Jay Health Technologies offering structured, remote, educational work-experience programmes for healthcare professionals. Programmes take place in simulated work environments using synthetic data. Company names shown on listings are fictional and do not represent real employers.

2. Not employment

Participation is an educational simulation. It does not create an employment relationship, does not entitle you to a salary and does not guarantee a job or any career outcome.

Where productive work is performed for Jay Health or a partner organisation, the applicable work arrangement and any compensation obligations will be separately reviewed and documented before that work begins.

3. Eligibility and admission

Applicants must meet the requirements described on the relevant listing. Admission depends on application review, an interview and a role-relevant assessment. Jay Health may accept, reject or waitlist any applicant at its discretion. Submitting an application does not create a place on a programme.

4. Enrolment fee

There is no application fee. A one-time programme enrolment fee of ₦20,000 is payable only after an applicant has completed the interview and assessment and has been formally accepted.

Work-lab access is activated only after acceptance, completion of the required agreements, confirmation of payment and administrator approval of enrolment.

5. Payment and refunds

Payment instructions are provided in your enrolment offer. Payment is confirmed only when verified by Jay Health; screenshots or redirect pages are not accepted as proof on their own.

If you withdraw before your work-lab access is activated, you may request a refund. Once access has been activated, refunds are considered case by case. Specific refund terms will be stated in your enrolment offer. [Refund terms to be confirmed by legal review.]

6. Benefits

Benefits include the work-experience programme, Remote Launchpad access, mentor access according to the programme's mentoring arrangements, access to the Jay Health job board, a 10% discount on eligible Jay Health courses and supervisor feedback.

7. Performance awards

Some projects may offer conditional performance awards of between ₦10,000 and ₦30,000, depending on the project, eligibility criteria and a funded reward budget. Awards are not guaranteed, are not monthly income and will be described in your enrolment offer where applicable.

8. Conduct, confidentiality and acceptable use

You must keep programme materials confidential, use the platform only for programme purposes, not share login credentials, and not attempt to access data or work labs you are not authorised to use.

9. Intellectual property

Programme materials remain the property of Jay Health Technologies. You may include permitted work samples in a personal portfolio as described in your Participation Agreement.

10. Attendance and termination

You are expected to meet the attendance and workload expectations of your programme. Jay Health may suspend or end participation for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.

11. Complaints

Complaints can be raised through the Contact page. We will acknowledge and respond to complaints within a reasonable time.
